Thank you for visiting the home page of the Lewis & Clark Council Bluff Interpretive Monument, the home of First Council.  The magnificent work of art depicted on this page serves as the centerpiece of the Monument.  The dedication of First Council on August 3, 2003 will mark the completion of the first phase of development for the monument.  Subsequent phases will be completed in time for the National Signature Event that will be held on the site on July 31 – August 3 of 2004.
